Oseque Hyaluronic Pure Ampoule promises to moisturize, rejuvenate, and protect the skin barrier. I can’t believe that only 5 years ago I didn’t even know what hyaluronic acid was, and now it’s one of my favorite skincare ingredients. While varying amounts of HA are present in many products, I like to have a dedicated serum or ampoule, especially when my skin is feeling dry or dehydrated.

How to use
Apply to clean skin after toner
Follow with the rest of your routine (be sure to seal in with a moisturizer)
Hyaluronic acid is most effective when used on moist skin. I apply it right after toner, without waiting. Sometimes, I add more toner or a hydrating essence on top, and then seal everything in with an occlusive cream. If allowed to evaporate off the skin, HA can take even more moisture with it (something called transepidermal water loss), leaving you dryer than before. This is why sealing in with moisturizer is so important. When used correctly, it’s an amazing skincare ingredient.
My impressions
I really enjoy this product. Unlike most of the other Oseque items I’ve tried, the Hyaluronic Pure Ampoule doesn’t have a noticeable scent. It glides on very easily, hydrating and plumping my skin. I notice that a few stubborn forehead lines always look better when I use this ampoule.
Don’t let the “ampoule” name confuse you - the texture is that of a serum, so you can apply it at a serum stage. If the whole ampoule vs serum vs essence concept is confusing, check out this video where I break down the entire kbeauty routine step by step.
I think the ampoule would work for most people (check the ingredients list for individual intolerances). My combination skin is quite happy with it. I notice hydrated, plump, glowing skin without any oiliness or stickiness.
