I love toners. I find them to be a great way to soothe and hydrate the skin, so I usually have a few different kinds in my rotation. This toner is 85% bamboo water with other plant extracts and hyaluronic acid. It promises to hydrate all skin types, including dry and sensitive skin. It’s made without artificial colors and fragrances and is cruelty free.
How to use:
Apply generously to the face and neck after cleansing

Follow with the rest of your routine
I get the best results applying everything on damp skin. I start with toner right after cleansing, and then layer my essences and serums while the skin is still moist, finishing with moisturizer.
Keep Cool Soothe Bamboo Toner is a little bit thicker than water and has no scent. It’s not sticky or greasy. For my combination skin, 1-2 layers is sufficient. I like to pair it with the Keep Cool Soothe Serum (review here).
My impressions
I like using Keep Cool Soothe Bamboo toner as part of my evening routine. It would be fine in the morning as well, but I typically stick to toner pads at that time. I notice extra hydration, plumped up fine lines, and a better overall look of the skin.
I’ve had other toners similar to it, maybe not the exact same ingredients, but comparable texture and results. So this isn’t necessarily earth-shattering, but it’s nice and it works. I would get it again and will definitely finish my bottle.
