Elensilia-CPP Collagen Eye Cream Review

I’m very picky about eye cream - my ideal product would be both effective and pleasant to use. I despise the feeling of heavy, greasy creams on the eyelids. Elensilia-CPP Collagen Eye Cream exploded all over social media after release. I got so many questions about it in my Facebook group. Naturally, I was ecstatic to get it in a PR box (Sophie’s box) to try. It’s sold on eBay, iHerb (save with my code CWN6107), Amazon, and YesStyle (save more with reward code KBHOBBIT). This cream comes in different tube designs (I've even seen Nutracker edition). I've had this twice now, with different tube looks.

My recent tube:

My first tube:

As you may have guessed by the name, this product is made with collagen. It also features two patented peptides. SYN-COLL™ stimulates collagen production and Haloxyl™ reduces puffiness and dark circles. I should note that my eyes are set in a way that creates shadows under them. I’ve had that since childhood, and I do not consider that a classic “dark circle” that people typically combat. You can see my eyes up close (and learn how to tint eyebrows at home in this video). Niacinamide in the ingredients improves the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles and evens out the skin tone.

Elensilia-CPP Collagen Eye Cream doesn’t contain parabens, mineral oils or synthetic fragrances. It does include a natural fragrance (something to be aware of if you are sensitive). As far as noticeable scent - I do not detect any.

How to use:

  • Gently apply to the area around the eyes

  • Can be used in the mornings or evenings (or both)

My impressions:

I’ve been using Elensilia-CPP Collagen Eye Cream for several weeks (probably months, but I didn’t note exactly when I started it). It’s probably my favorite eye cream to date. Even though it’s called “cream”, the texture is gel-like. It’s both light enough to be pleasant, and nourishing enough to justify using it. Some products are very light but do absolutely nothing for the skin. There has to be a balance.

The cream absorbs well and quickly, without a sticky or heavy residue. I mostly use it at night, because I have more time to devote to skincare (and because I’m not entirely awake in the mornings). I notice a more plumped up, nourished appearance of the areas around the eyes without any unpleasant side effects.

I’m very happy with this product overall and prefer it to many other eye creams I’ve had.
