I was recently going through my skincare and seeing if anything needed to be used sooner rather than later. CORINGCO Peach Whipping Tone Up Cream, available on Amazon, YesStyle (reward code KBHOBBIT), and Stylevana (code INF10KBH), caught my eye. I’ve been meaning to try it for some time, but other things kept coming up.
The tone up cream with adenosine and niacinamide promises to help with fine lines and wrinkles and support healthy barrier function.
How to use
Apply in small amounts to desired areas
Can be layered multiple times to achieve the desired effect
Peach whipping tone up cream has a soft, creamy texture and a mild scent. This concludes the positive things I have to say about this product… Well, I guess the packaging is cute too. But that’s really it.
My impressions
I hate this so much! It makes my combination skin look greasy, sallow, and sickly. It highlights every single dry patch on my cheeks - and those patches are typically not noticeable. I tried it one time, on one half of my face, and couldn’t deal with the look. I washed it off and redid my routine. Then I got in my car, drove to a friend’s house, and dropped it off. My friend is a wonderful lady who’s closer in age to my mom than to me. In the past, she liked a tone up sunscreen that didn’t work for me, and this Coringco cream gave off a similar vibe.
So far, she likes it. She said it evens out her skin tone and looks great under makeup. Unless the product is clearly terrible (smells bad, is packaged poorly, etc), I tend to assume I’m simply not the target audience. And I think that’s definitely the case here - I am not the right person for this cream, and that’s OK. If you own it, I hope you love it.
