Sheet masking is life. Is there anything better than relaxing after a long day in a warm bath with a fun sheet mask on? Ok, sure, there are better things, but this one is simple and cheap and can be done daily.
One of my recent discoveries in terms of brands is Cosmetea. It’s affordable and very nice. You might remember my review of their hand cream and soothing moisture mask. Today, I offer you the Black Tea Nourishing Moisture Mask, available on eBay (and, hopefully, eventually on Amazon).
The mask blends botanical oils and extracts in “tea water” to effectively deliver nourishing component to the skin. The product is 8 free, meaning it’s free from 8 harmful/toxic ingredients present in many other cosmetics.
How to use:
Apply to a clean face after toner
Relax for 10-20 minutes
Remove, pat in the extra essence
Follow with lotion/cream
My impressions:
An awesome mask. I shared some with a friend and she liked them too. The 100% natural cellulose sheet feels really soothing on the skin and adheres well. The essence/serum is gel-like so stays put without dripping. The scent is mild and pleasant, not overwhelming.
I’ve used up most of my box of 10 by now, and I will buy more if I come across these. My skin feels very soft and smooth. My nose can get occasional flakes of dry skin, and these masks always fix that right up. I highly recommend them, especially considering the price. And if you have a TJ Maxx, Marshalls or Winners near you, keep an eye out - they have been getting Cosmetea products lately.
